1.9.0-alpha3 includes the following changes since 1.9.0-alpha2:

- Macro fdef specs should no longer spec the implicit &form or &env  [BREAKING CHANGE]

- multi-spec includes dispatch values in path

- multi-spec no longer requires special default method

- fix for rep* bug

- added explain-str (explain that returns a string)

- improved s/+ explain

- explain output tweaked

- fix test reporting
