It is very simple.

<!-- Use correct character set. -->
<meta charset="utf-8">
<!-- Tell IE to use the latest, best version. -->
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge">
<!-- Make the application on mobile take up the full browser screen and disable user scaling. -->
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, minimum-scale=1, user-scalable=no">
<title>TEST</title>
<script src="./Cesium/Cesium.js"></script>
<style>
@import url(./Cesium/Widgets/widgets.css);
html, body, #cesiumContainer {
width: 100%; height: 100%; margin: 0; padding: 0; overflow: hidden;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div id="cesiumContainer"></div>
<script>

var viewer = new Cesium.Viewer('cesiumContainer');
var tileset = viewer.scene.primitives.add(new Cesium.Cesium3DTileset({
url : './Tileset_022603/tileset.json',
}));

viewer.zoomTo(tileset)

</script>
</body>

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? Shadows on models aren't enabled by default.

Does the shadow move when you move the timeline at the bottom?
