WMTS layer with etrs89/Poland cs92 is not falling at proper place on cesium globe
this datum uses gr8 1980 ellipsoid...What is the solution for falling the data at proper place??

Thanks for letting us know about this issue! Cesium currently only supports web mercator and WGS84. There's been some discussion on supporting more (see https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/3877). 

So for now, you might have to reproject your data before you load it into Cesium.
