I'm interested in the Brython project, using it and so on..  what license is Brython released under?

As indicated on the development site, Brython is published under the BSD licence

OK, good to know.  :)

It could be a good idea to make that information more prominent or even adapt the official Python license under a dual license.

People and companies consider the license when making use of FOSS software, and for example for my company the license does matter.
