Subject: Seeking UI/UX developer for sustainability app startup with MIT/Harvard student team

We're looking for a talented UI/UX developer to join our startup team, Joro. 

Joro uses smartphones as sensors to help people live more sustainably. Our software automatically tracks people's comprehensive carbon footprints in real time, so they can check their CO2 score the way they check footsteps on a Fitbit. We pair this tracking technology with predictive models and social engagement techniques, providing tailored feedback people can act on and a network for sharing progress with friends and neighbors.

Our founding team is from MIT and Harvard, spanning engineering, energy and emissions assessment, software design, and business development. We’ve received recognition from the MIT Clean Energy Prize, MIT IDEAS, and the Cleantech Open Northeast Regional Championship, among others.

The UI/UX developer will lead front-end design and development for our prototype, using Javascript frameworks (React and/or React Native).
