Creative Lead User Experience Designer

Your challenge

We need a Creative Lead User Experience Designer who is passionate and can guide a team to create compelling user experiences for a broad range of healthy living and healthcare related solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the user centered design approach including analysis, exploration, story telling, concept design, prototyping, user testing and finalization.

Translate customer needs, research findings and business requirements into compelling, efficient and highly usable designs.

Guide development of scenarios and workflows that describe the envisioned user experience embodying our brand and values.

The team

Design is a strategic function within Philips and you would be a member of a global multi-disciplinary team inspiring each other to deliver best in class products used by clinicians, patients, healthcare consumers and healthcare administrators.

We are looking for

  • Masters / Bachelors Degree in Interaction Design or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant user centered design experience
  • Strong analytical, creative and visual skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and software development processes
  • Collaborative team player
  • Self-Motivated, pro-active thinker
  • Proficiency in English
