Overview:
We seek a creative, versatile, problem-solving design enthusiast who embodies user-centered design. You thrive in a scrum agile development environment and enjoy all aspects of development: user research, UX design and visual design.
 
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Design user interface screens to support new features via sketches, mockups, wireframes, workflows, and process maps
Engage with end users and stakeholders to conduct user research (interviews, surveys, observation, etc) and report findings back to the team
Assist to develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems and products; ensure the design fits the needs of the users
Facilitate rapid iteration of mission-critical application functionality. Deliver minimum viable products applications while maintaining quality software and a solid architecture
Write specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritize and communicate requirements, features, and tasks to software developers and senior management
Serve as the liaison between end users, stakeholders, developers and QA
Oversee user acceptance and feedback, striving for tool optimization and user satisfaction
Evangelize and advance organization’s understanding and adoption of user experience best practices, tools and documentation
Executing visual design as a part of team to meet user and business goals
