Roles & responsibilities
Define how people will interact with Cinch:
Design solutions that translate requirements into simple, elegant experiences
Partner with engineering and QA to deliver great experiences, realistically within scope
Define areas for deeper user research based on previous user interviews and/or usability session outcomes
Job Requirements
Able to dig out wicked problems in a systematic way and sketch or whiteboard concepts
Able to design high fidelity interactions, that meets business goals and balances personalization, actionable experience with system reuse
Able to communicate and write requirements for UI development and QA testing
You are highly organized, have amazing attention to detail and can manage time well
Qualifications
A ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude and a self-starter work ethic - you succeed without much direct management and are allergic to bureaucracy
A UX design portfolio that shows initiative, creativity and collaboration with teams of engineers and data scientists
Have experience designing for responsive and/or consumer facing mobile applications
Comfortable translating content into animations and/or videos and a quick learner of tools to create animations.
Studies in HCI, human factors psychology
Familiarity with Sketch, Invisionapp, Adobe’s creative suite applications
Self-organized and comfortable working with Google applications and JIRA
