Senior UX Designer at Connelly Partners in Boston, MA

In this role, the Senior UX Designer will work collaboratively with fellow members of the agency team to design and prototype digital UX concepts; then educate and inspire clients to develop award winning UX strategies for both the Web and Mobile. The candidate will lead strategic initiatives and produce user-centered design deliverables such as Personas, Process Flows, Sitemaps, Wireframes, User Interactions, Visual Mockups and Prototypes. We are looking for a UX Designer with a minimum of 5-7 years experience.  

Specifically, we are looking for a candidate that can:

• Be a (cheer)leader!
  
• Develop, manage and improve the interaction design process across web and mobile devices
  
• Lead and conduct requirements gathering, analysis, competitive research, conceptual modeling, and usability testing
  
• Partner with account managers and support project management
  
• Work hand-in-hand with both design and technology leads
  
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, content audit/inventory, wireframes, and other forms of requirements gathering and discovery
  
• Produce user stories, personas, storyboards, scenarios, prototypes, and interaction design specifications
  
• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
  
• Participate as a contributor to on the digital leadership team that includes creative, production and development/technology
  
• Contribute to the definition of scope and phasing of project timelines
  

The candidate will have:

• 5-7 years of experience
  
• Practicing knowledge of Axure, Sketch and InVision
  
• A high degree of creativity, interaction design and problem solving ability
  
• An uncanny drive to design the best user experience in the world
  
• Strong software design communication skills. (Ability to communicate one's ideas through their design)
  
• A Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling, award-winning user interfaces.
  
• Excellent presentation skills & and attention to detail
  
• Experience working with various departments within a agency environment
  
• Team player
