Own client projects from end-to-end, including the management of client expectations and ensuring the project outcomes align with client goals
Contribute to the planning and execution of lab-based, field-based, or remote usability tests

Facilitate and manage focus groups and ethnographic research activities
Execute contextual inquiries, surveys, task analysis, and stakeholder/user interviews
3-5 years minimum prior UX research experience or degree in HCI, human factors, statistics, anthropology, sociology, cognitive psychology, or similar
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously is essential
Excellent client management and interaction skills
Possess strong user-observation skills, ability to understand and apply user-centered design best practices and techniques
Portfolio, case studies, or examples of conducted research with resulting conclusions and recommendations
Attention to detail, ability to communicate well on paper and verbally to a variety of stakeholders

Familiarity or experience with remote usability, indirect usability, and mobile testing a bonus
Experience with eye-tracking research is a plus
