UX Content Writer - Carbon Black, Waltham
We're looking for a UX content writer with experience in cloud applications to work collaboratively with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver content integral to our industry-leading cybersecurity products.
Our products hold the shadows at bay, shielding businesses from calculated and malicious cyber attacks. Our customers rely on us for detection, prevention and remediation of security risks. Our user base ranges from highly technical cybersecurity scientists to set-it-and-forget-it types.

What You’ll Do
- Translate complex functionality into clear, concise, and engaging in-product content that enables users within the Carbon Black Predictive Security Cloud
- Collaborate with UX designers, product management, and other stakeholders to design and deliver the user experience and supporting content
- Evolve existing content patterns and define new content patterns, systems, and continuous delivery methods for in-product user assistance
- Work with agile scrum teams, building effective, collaborative working relationships and delivering iterative solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 4-5 years of UX content writing experience, preferably in cloud applications
- A solid understanding of online user behavior and application development
- Experience working with distributed teams in agile development environments
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver iterative solutions
- Experience translating brand into product and aligning voice and tone across the customer experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline
