Requirements

- 5-7 + years of experience within User Experience 
- In depth wire framing and prototyping experience 
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Envision, Balsamic, Sketch, etc. 
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (bootstrap and angular) 
- Experience with transactional and data intensive UX sites 
- Design experience 
- Ability to provide portfolio with site maps, design examples, prototypes, wireframes, etc. 
- Responsive design/development experience 
- Extremely passionate about technology and design 
- Comfortable working with all size teams 
- Excellent presentation and soft skills

Day-to-Day

We are looking for a UX Consultant to join a large financial services organization and work within the Marketing/UX team to provide consulting services to the 401K business. This candidate will become involved in the front end UX phase of the individual 401k site planning. He or she will spend most of their time on wire framing and prototyping along with light design. The work will then be handed off to a formal design team who will create high fidelity designs. This candidate must have Photoshop and have worked with the entire Adobe Creative Suite previously. This indidivual will work on a small team and will have access and exposure to several different tools and will have the ability to learn from design and UX experts. He or she will have some interaction with the business and end customers and will focus on highly transactional and data intensive sites. We would need to see a portfolio for each candidate and we are looking for creativity and thought provoking w! ork. This individual will work on UX for new customers and will potentially work on light customizations for current clients. We are looking for a candidate who has a design background, as well as development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bootstrap and angular). This candidate should be able to show us site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and advanced design skills. We are ideally looking for candidates with mobile development and they have to have a background in responsive design and development. We are also looking for a candidate who is extremely passionate about technology and can demonstrate that he or she has creative passions and projects outside of work.
