I'm pleased to announce the release of bitcoinj 0.12.3, a maintenance
update to the Java implementation of the Bitcoin protocol.

There are two added API methods:

- - Wallet.reset() to prepare the wallet for a blockchain replay
- - Wallet.getIssuedReceiveKeys()/getIssuesReceiveAddresses() for knowing
the derived keys/addresses.

Synching the blockchain on Android devices should be approx. twice as
fast with large wallets. Also, loading wallets is considerably
quicker. There are more performance improvements to come with bitcoinj
0.13.

Some small-ish bugs were fixed. For a thorough list of changes, have a
look at the git log [1].

The v0.12.3 release tag is signed with my's GPG key [2]. The git hash
of the release is 3b66e1f85a6d8c518b8bc85d795b5ed2605d699c. The
pre-built jars can be fetched from Maven central [3]. Those artifacts
are signed with my key as well.
