Raw files do not exist

Good afternoon. Problems with recording function. I can not understand on what basis are Row files that are required for the function Rebild. For some entries, this file is created, and for some not. Thanks in advance.

I also noticed that the files can not be rebuild not get extrenalID

It's likely related to sessions with pass "record=true" or "record=false" on the "create" API request.

The documentation we have read, the record button is on the webinar panel. But the status and published and externalID does not appear every time. I want to understand why this is happening.

If you test, it's likely because users do not click the Start/Stop record button.  See

  http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/overview/09overview.html#start-stop-recording

If they click the Start/Stop record button, then the record and playback scripts will process the raw file and create a playback file.

If not, then no playback file will be created.
