Upload to Youtube shows only Faces

Hello,

I did a test meeting, and recorded the meeting. I used a PowerPoint presentation during the meeting as well.  I then made it visible to everyone and shared it to YouTube.  When I look at the BBB recording on your site, it shows the recording perfectly - all users webcams that were enabled, the presentation, and chat.  However, when I look at the video that was uploaded to YouTube, it shows only the webcams - not the presentation or the chat.  Is there a way to get the entire video uploaded to YouTube?  

This will be used for a school group.  I am making the group's webpage, and the only way to imbed the video in the website is it it's housed in YouTube.  However, it won't help if all I see is faces - we must have the presentation on there as well (I don't care about the chat).  

Any help would be much appreciated! I am not a developer.

Hi Rachel,

Right now, the video portion of the recording is the webcams + desktop sharing + audio track.  

BigBlueButton doesn't create a video file from the entire recording.  That's on our roadmap as an open enhancement requests for a future version, see

So it would be "better" if the Rachel used Desktop sharing +Ppt (rather than the presentation window in BBB) so the video could capture the slides used during the session?

Yes, that would come through in the video portion of the recording.
