Hi Sri,

How are you launching to BigBlueButton?  The welcome messages are inserted from the 3rd party integration (such as WordPress or Moodle) that is creating the rooms.

To change the branding you must recompile the client.  See

Cool.  We just released a beta version of BigBlueButtonBN plugin for Moodle 2.7.   

You can modify the welcome message by modifying the language strings and the code.  Here's an example of where it's set
