BigBlueButton is open source, so you can setup your own server, or
contact one of the companies that can provide you commercial
support/hosting. See

I'm providing the link to 0.8-beta likely want the improvements in
audio. For BigBlueButton 0.8, we recommend using BigBlueButton for
sessions of 25 users or less. To find out the maximum number of users
your server can support, see

Bottom line: if your looking for a webinar server that can support
100+ users, we're not there yet. But if your looking highly
collaborative environment for small to medium groups (25 or less),
that's where were headed with BigBlueButton.
