how can i instal the BBB on 32bit version ubunu or debian?

i have old CPU and 32 OC installed and can not install 64bit ubuntu in virtualbox.

Unfortunately you will not be able to run BigBlueButton 1.0.  You'll a server running Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit (there are no packages for 32-bit).

Unfortunately, we have not had 32-bit packages for BigBlueButton for few years.   It was much better for the project to focus our efforts on a single architecture for higher quality then double the effort for testing on two architectures.

Recommend you get an environment that runs Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.
