Hi Kay,

Did you get any errors during the installation?

You've hidden your domain name so I can't check myself, but the likely causes are your domain name either doesn't resolve to the correct IP or there's a quirk with your networking setup and the BBB server can't access the IP that the domain is set to resolve to.

The solution to the first is to fix your domain resolution. The solution to the second is to add a definition to you BBB server's hosts file to override the DNS entry and resolve to "144.76.110.68".

The third option is that nginx isn't running or bbb-web isn't installed, but that is less likely.

Hi Kay,
I had the same trouble, but looking at Chad comment, i reviewed my /etc/hosts file, and found 2 address pointing to my domain name, one for ipv4 and the other I believe was for ipv6.
I just deleted the ipv6 address and now I can perform bbb-conf --clean and everything goes fine.
Regards,
German
