Halo. i have problem in bigbluebotton VM same as it https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/bigbluebutton-setup/welcome$20to$20nginx$20command$20not$20found/bigbluebutton-setup/Q5L5s7Jyi3U/HLOU4Og9NfcJ . i follow your sugest that i do sudo dpkg -l | grep bbb , but i don't get anythings as you want.

Hi Pawit,

The BigBlueButton 0.81 VM requires an internet connection to successfully start up.  

Moving forward, is it an option for you first setup a clean Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit virtual machine with (at least) 4G of memory in your virtualization environment, then proceed through the installation steps at

 

   http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/install/install.html

This way, if there is an error during install, you'll get more information from the install steps to determine why the installation is failing.
