1. What version of BigBlueButton are you installing?

2. Did it run before the change?

3. What change did you make (what commands did you enter)?

Many developers have invested many years of effort in the BigBlueButton code, which is made available under an open source license.  However, the BigBlueButton name and BigBlueButton logo are trademarked and owned by BigBlueButton Inc.  

You are in violation of acceptable use of the BigBlueButton trademark, what's even more harmful, are attempting to sow confusion in the market as to who owns these trademarks. 

Your chances of gaining any support in these forums is pretty much zero if you try and claim ownership to the BigBlueButton name and logo.
