Hello everyone,

I want to setup a BBB server but I keep dealing with a 1002 problem on the demo page.

What I did is :
* sudo bbb-conf --restart after installing bbb
* sudo bbb-conf --setip mypublicip (92.222.116.239)
* sudo bbb-conf --clean
* --check (which says :"  Error: The voice application failed to register with the sip server )

I try to make this on a VM over a proxmox environnement . There is two network interfaces on the VM : one public and one private.
I tried to down one and then the other but it always show this 1002 error when I launch the demo page.

Here is a pastebin for the JS Console in the client : http://pastebin.com/aQa4CFvg
One with the result of my clean and check :    http://pastebin.com/kBWxuptA
and one with my ifconfig :            http://pastebin.com/qAsbFj1r

Thanks to all of you for your time.

Usually you only see "Error: The voice application failed to register with the sip server" when you trie to manually edit the audio configuration settings and miss some places. Have you tried to manually edit the Freeswitch, Nginx, or Red5 settings?

Try following the steps here, http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/install/install.html#audio-not-working and see if it works. It should cover all of the required parameters to change.

I followed every step, then I restarted bbb and cleaned it, and it shows again the same error.

Okay, now it works. I deleted my private interface, totally remove my previous bigbluebutton install and then reinstall it.

And voila.

Thank you for your time Chad !
