bbb in occitan language

Hi,
I did occitan (oc) translation of BigBlueButton.
Can you had it into the latest build, please ?

We use Transifex for managing out localizations. We have a documentation page that explains the steps required to gain access to the project and start localizing the strings. It is much easier for us to use Transifex than to manually manage the various locales.

Added Occitan locale. Should be included in v1.0 release.

We've opened a new issue to cover this and tagged it for 1.1.

As an aside, it looks like Occitan is about 85% coverage

It would be great if you could localize the remaining 15%.
