Little Urgent - Sakai cannot create meeting in BBB

Hi BBB team,

I have been struggling with this for sometime and need your help. I really appreciate your time.

I have configured sakai 10.4 and bbb 0.9 and both of them works perfectly fine; Now i am trying to integrate but not getting an option in Saki to create a meeting. I do see the meeting tool and have given additional permission in sakai.properties. I added the meeting tool for the site and can see the meeting tool.

Here is the BBB conf details
