Building the master branch

Hi,

Seems like some are trying to build off of the master branch and
running into issues.

A lot of changes has been done for 0.81 that you need to build almost
all the components of BigBlueButton to make it work.

First, make sure you have a running 0.80 BigBlueButton VM. Then follow
the instructions to setup the development environment.

Next you need to install another package to make presentation
conversion work. Run "sudo apt-get install xpdf-utils"

Then build the components using the master branch. Build
bigbluebutton-web, bigbluebutton-apps, and bigbluebutton-client.
If you don't build and deploy those 3 components, things won't work.
