I have access to Paypal. I can't find where to order it from.
(Cocktail Games/Asmodee edition).
Can anyone help?

Do you demand an actual copy, Laszlo? All you need is a five-suited
deck. I played it with Five Crowns.

Yeah, for some strange reason I like playing the games with their
'original' look. I believe a good graphic design adds quite much to
the experience.

I am not sure if you will find it in the US. An alternative would be Philibert from France. I guess they will send overseas...

BTW, they only have the website in French but you can email the guy in English.

Wouldn't you need a couple five-suited decks to pull from Cary? [i.e.
don't ranks repeat?]

Each suit has three 1s, two 2s, 3s and 4s and one 5. I used a Morff deck, which has two sets of 5 suits of 1-10. I use a 7 as the third 1.

No, I'd like to get the real deal. :)
And unfortunately gamesurplus doesn't have it either.
