Hi there,

is it possible to use a cube from a card which I left in an earlier or
the same round ? Or do I gave to stay on the card to use the already
produced cubes

You can use cubes added in a previous round.  You just can't add any more cubes without moving a worker back and paying the cost.

I believe the official answer on this was that you can use your cubes after you remove your tradesman from the card, even in subsequent rounds. I should verify and add that to the FAQ.

Yes. As I recall this is acceptable.  You can only use one cube at a time to modify an action. The cubes are delayed effects and are produced by the action of using the dice with a worker on the card. If the worker leaves the card, the cubes stay behind and can be used for future actions.
