Living Social is having a deal - $20 to spend on toys on yoyo.com for
only $10. Here's the link:

https://www.livingsocial.com/deals/304652?ref=conf-jp&rpi=54626044

yoyo.com has decent selection of games and some good prices.

Here's a link to their games: http://www.yoyo.com/cat=Games-Puzzles-13

Here's a link to their Strategy games:http://www.yoyo.com/
subcat=Strategy-Games-10403

Here's a link to their Fantasy Flight Games:
http://www.yoyo.com/cat=Games-Puzzles-13/Brand=Fantasy+Flight+Games?PageIndex=0

Here's a link to their Rio Grande Games:http://www.yoyo.com/cat=Games-
Puzzles-13/Brand=Rio+Grande+Games?PageIndex=0

Some of the games are MSRP, others are comparable to OLGS (Coolstuff,
Inc), while the rest are somewhere in between.

Some highlights are Agricolo, Carcassone (and expansions), , Power
Grid (and expansions), , Bang, Settlers of Catan (and expansions),
Pandemic, Dominion (and expansions), and many more.

I was going to pick up Agricolo for 45.99. (That's $1 more than
Coolstuff), On yoyo.com website it says that shipping is free on
orders over $49, but when I go to checkout it looks like its free on
orders over $39. There are taxes, so my agricolo order comes out to
49.21 (before I use the $20 from living social).

I also found a coupon for yoyo.com (yoyo20) that takes 20% off your
order. So Agricolo comes out to $39.37 for me (with free shipping)
BEFORE I even apply the Living Social $20. After subtracting $10 from
the Living Social deal, Arigola is about $30, which is a pretty great
deal.

General disclaimers: It usually take 24-48 hours for you to receive
the Living Social voucher after you purchase it. In addition, if 3
people use the link above, I do get the Living Social Deal for free.
If that's a problem for you, feel free to independently search for the
Living Social website (livingsocial.com) for the deal. Finally, I
haven't completed my purchase from yoyo.com (because I haven't
received my $20 voucher from Living Social yet), so I'm not certain if
the Living Social voucher affects the free shipping threshold. I'll
provide an update once I complete my order.

I'll try to post this again on BGG when it's back online.

Happy shopping!

I've spent the last hour trying to work out a deal that would be a
deal. I'm not all that interested in Agricola, but that would be a
good price for it. Please let us know if it all works out right. I'm
also wondering if the code + living social will stack.

I'll be sure to keep you updated. Thanks for clarifying the shipping
information.

Not to rain on the parade, but I would check the fine print on this
first. It would appear that you cannot combine the promo code with the
Living Social deal (click on the 'other conditions apply' url on the
page http://www.livingsocial.com/deals/304652. I was getting ready to
pull the trigger on this, but now I'm not sure. If you can prove me
wrong, let us know!

Yeah, I'm not sure if the livingsocial and promo code stack. I'll let
you know when I find out. My backup plan is the copy of Puerto Rico @
$25 which is still a decent price or to pick up some Lego blocks for
the kiddos as LEGO is rarely discounted anyway.

Also with just the living social deal, many of these games are in line
with normal CSI pricing after the $5 shipping and you don't have to
build a $100 order. It may be worth doing for many people just for
that. I did not mean to mislead anyone about the prices or the
ability to combine the deals, I just found the site a chore to
browse(since the game section has a bunch of non-designer stuff) and
wanted to help others be able to quickly see if there was anything
they were interested in.

I hear ya - it wasn't my intention to cry foul or anything. It's
still a sweet deal, especially if you buy multiple games to save 20%
off each, and still get free shipping. Now I gotta decide; spend
money on groceries and no games, or go for the deal and live off ramen
for the next week or so. Hmmmm...

No worries. Have fun eating ramen for the next week.

OK, so the yoyo20 promo seems to have ended. However, it seems there
is some type of expanded free shipping for April. You can try
YOYOAPRIL it claimed the code wasn't valid but my shipping was still
free on the $32 order.

I ordered Power Grid it is $31.99, so after the living social deal and
no shipping or tax to my state(Oklahoma) I got Power Grid for $21.99.
I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Also, I am 1 person in
the pyramid from getting my deal for free in which case Power Grid
will have cost $11.99 (now that will be a steal). I might have to get
someone I know to grab one for me.

Also, signing up for the website gives a referral code, mine is
CWGL2178 this should give a %20 discount to other people and I get to
choose a charity to get $25 for each person that uses it.

I tried the 20% discount, and it does NOT stack with the living social. Either way, it's a still a good deal.
