You are so right. Even if you are not flying to Essen, but are driving on Thursday (like me), for meetup planning and such, this is close to a desaster...
Ah well, hope they will be able to fix it quickly!

Oh, it's a gathering of 2-3 people who play some Monopoly variants -
nothing big - you won't miss much :)

Fininshed my list yesterday and luckily it's stored elsewhere so I should be ok. Still annoying! Ah well, hopefully it won't be out too long. And maybe I'll get some work done...

Yup - it combines elements from A Few Acres of Snow with ideas from
Twilight Struggle so definitely a 100% wargame

Database crash of the primary server.

Sounds like their are rebuilding the database. Early reports say it should only take an hour or so.
