A. Can you be given multiple mandatory quests?
B. Do mandatory quests count against your one question per turn
limit?

A) Yes, you can be given more than one mandatory quest.
B). Yes, they count against the completing one quest/turn limit.
You must complete all mandatory quests you have before completing
another quest. I generally stack my other quests below the mandatory
ones so I don't forget the order.
