The Baker Bus is booked and we're ready to roll! Plan on going to visit some Skagit Valley breweries and having a great Sunday morning/afternoon.

This event is open to dues-paying members only. The cost of the bus is covered by the club, but you'll be responsible for buying your own beer and food as we go along. Homebrew is welcome on the Baker Bus, so feel free to bring something to share. We'll take off at 10:15 am (boarding location TBD), and we'll be back by 5 pm.

Please RSVP by emailing bellinghamhomebrewersguild@gmail.com with the subject "BHG Field Trip". If you're not a dues paying member yet, but you want to attend, head over to http://www.bellinghambrewers.com/store/and click the "guild dues" button.

I look forward to seeing everyone there!

And the date on that is June 5.

Hey everyone-

We're capping the number of people at 30, so if you're planning on coming, but you haven't RSVP'd yet, please send us an email no later than Wednesday.

Thanks!

Do we know where we're meeting yet?

Yes! I was just going to send this out. The bus will be waiting for us in the parking lot behind the alley behind Boundary (corner of Maple and Cornwall). It will be there at 10, and we'll be rolling out by 10:15.

Our schedule will be starting at Anacortes, then moving on to La Conner, followed by Farmstrong and then North Sound. Feel free to bring homebrew and/or some food for the bus. I'm bringing a keg of Chuckanut Pilsner just to make sure we won't run out of beer. Please bring cash if you can so that we don't overwhelm some of the smaller breweries with multiple credit card tabs.

It turns out that we have the large Baker Bus, so we still have plenty of room. So if you want to bring a friend/significant other, we're going to open the trip to non-members. We just ask that Non-members pay $10 to defray the cost of the bus.

Should be a fun day!

We are officially adding a stop at Skagit Valley Malting to the middle of this trip. We still have seats left - so let me know if you want to come along.

Don't forget to bring a glass if you want to share beers on the bus. See everyone at 10:15 tomorrow!

I think I've got a sleeve of keg cups I can bring (as long as Joe reminds me when he picks me up on the morning)
