Interesting info from the most respected Belgian Lambic producers on fruit additions. 10-14oz of fruit per liter of beer!

That's a ton of fruit! I did a tour of Wicked Weed's Funkatorium earlier this year. They said they average 1-1.5 lbs of fruit per gallon (4.2-6.3 oz per liter) and had recently moved to 3 lbs per gallon (12.7 oz per liter) for their flagship, Black Angel Cherry Sour.
