New products and Custom Glass Open house this weekend

Hello Brewers:

If you are not familiar with Ed's work, please stop by this weekend.  Glass Mt. Studios will be set up in the mini-studio right next to the shop.  He created the trophy tankard for the Best of the Bay.  It would be a nice thank you for his donation.

North Corner has a few new items you all might be interested in:

• Malted Oats from Thomas Fawcett
• 1/2 Gallon Stainless Growlers
  
• Standard Crown Cap 750ml Champagne Bottles
  
• One rotation used 5 gallon Bourbon Barrels.  These are Barrel Mill brand commercial heavy char oak used for one 9 month rotation.  Great shape, hard to find in this size.  $125. 3 in stock now about 20 more available mid December.

HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE:  November 21 and 22

NORTH CORNER BREWING SUPPLY will feature custom glassware and one-off re-usable glass bottles from GLASS MOUNTAIN STUDIOS available for sale in the adjacent mini studio on Saturday November 21 and Sunday November 22.   We will also feature holiday shop specials, gift ideas, coffee and snacks. 

Normal shop hours are Sat: 10-5 and Sunday 10-2.  Artists from Glass Mountain Studios will be on site Saturday:  10-1 and Sunday: 12-2

Ed Schmid is a longtime brewer and mead maker.  He has incorporated custom cap-able and cork-able bottles in glass blowing for many years.  He will be featuring hand blow glassware suitable for both carbonated products (Beer and Cider), still products (Mead and Wine) and unique drinking vessels.

This is a great opportunity to get a truly unique gift for brewers or winemakers or anyone that loves local art.
