Hi,

We are seeing many binlog files starting to mount up today, about 100
x 10MB files.

I have checked for orphaned jobs that are buried or delayed, and there
are none.

What could be causing this, and how should I resolve it?

Thanks

There should be some jobs in another tube that blocked binlog to clean up, you have to clear all job from all tubes.

This has been fixed since version 1.5, however, there's
a different bug in 1.5 and 1.6 that causes a crash, so
I'd recommend waiting to upgrade until 1.7.

Upgrading should fix the problem you're seeing.
