I assume you mean as a consumer.. For that I use Supervisor: http://supervisord.org/

Hi,

I've got a way that have worked well for me at

As for running the shell scripts that go on to run the actual PHP, I
also use SupervisorD to auto-start one or more worker scripts.

thank you guys but i've decide to use pheanstalk wich is really nice and do exactly what I need
