I loaded up the 3.14 kernel and discovered two of the USR LEDs had changed names.
bone$
ls /sys/class/leds
beaglebone:green:heartbeat beaglebone:green:usr2
beaglebone:green:mmc0 beaglebone:green:usr3
Seems like this will break a bunch of things.

They've been that way on mainline since:
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/arch/arm/boot/dts/am335x-bone.dts?id=5d4e17063fa8d0af63e356089a321c482cbd7603
on: 2012-11-06
So, do we fix up our scripts and except mainline or?
i can always patch up the 3.14 kernel and deal with the mainline diff later..
Regards,

Pushed for the time being:
https://github.com/RobertCNelson/ti-linux-kernel-dev/commit/8603573970cfd07461b18fb2db22de3deac4c155
At some point we should either fix our scripts or mainline. ;)
