Windows や Mac や タブレット用のソフトウェアは未だ公開（リーク）されていませんが、BlackBerry Blend はいろいろと役に立ちそうです。

The Blackberry Blend application is actually just a really simple web browser with a simple UI on top. Think of it as a mini version of Google Chrome.

Essentially, it loads a webpage from your device that shows all your BBMs/contacts/calendar/etc. So, the issue here is not with Blackberry Blend browser, it's with what that browser is loading.

On your device, you have installed an application called: sys.fuse.bar. This application is the REAL Blend.

This application checks your hardware ID and PIN. It uses this to check if you are using a Passport. If you are not using a Passport, it simply exits. It doesn't run the web server on your device.

So when Blackberry Blend browser on your computer/tablet tries to load the webpage from your device that shows all this cool stuff, there's nothing there!

The error message hardcoded in for this event is that it is only available for RIM Internal Devices.

P'9983 では動作するようです。

BlackBerry Blend does not support leaked software and requires a supported BlackBerry device with 10.3 software.

As of today the only supported devices when using BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3 are the BlackBerry Passport and the Porsche Design P’9983 from BlackBerry. Thanks!

Blend はこういう具合に動作します。Passport は画面が大きいので長時間使用しても眼精疲労は軽度で済みますが、画面が小さな端末の場合は重宝すると思います．．．以前に REDFLY を使用していたことを懐かしく思い出しました。

簡単に言うと端末と同じ事がPCで出来ると言う事なんでしょうか？

仰る通りですが、Mac や iPad や Android タブレットでも動作します。（PlayBook では動作しません。）

PlayBook 用の BlackBerry Bridge がマルチ・プラットフォームに発展したような気もします。

追伸

携帯電話通信網を経由しても BlackBerry Blend は動作します。

どうでもいい話ですが．．．今日は慌てて勤務先へ向かったため BlackBerry Passport を自宅に置き忘れてしまいましたが、BlackBerry Passport と既にペアリング済みの勤務先の机上のＰＣから自宅にある BlackBerry Passport を操作してメールの送受信等を行うことができました。

OS10.3からBlackBerry Blendが使えるようですが、↑これは便利そうですね。あまり忘れる事はなさそうですが、使い方によっては便利そう。
