VoLTE missing in V13, o2 Germany, PLS HELP!

Hello community. Im a new owner/user of an 8110 4g dualsim bought in germany of an german seller.

The model is TA-1048 and the variant is 23ARG03ROW1/DS.

The phone came with firmware version v12.

 

The main reason why i bought this phone ist hat it promised to have VoLTE. I have a o2 germany card that i already used in a Samsung S7 and VoLTE worked there, but i realised that the firmware the phone came with had no VoLTE option under network setting.

Next step was to update to the most recent firmware v13.00.17.01. Afterwards i did a factory reset and booted the phone again. Simcard is in slot 1 and slot 2 is unused, but still no VoLTE option in network settings.

In Youtube reviews from mid 2018 i could cleary see that there once was a VoLTE option under network settings.

Also when i dial a number the indicator changes from 4G to 3G so VoLTE is not working.

 

Has anyone in germany or from another country managed to get VoLTE to work with this phone yet?

Also im now willing to do everything needed, to get VoLTE working, if rooting or GerdaOS brings VoLTE, i would also consider that.

 

Please help, this amazing community is my only hope, otherwise i would have to return the phone.

IIRC for VoLTE to work the phone needs an 'inbuilt' config for every provider it supports... so unless O2 provides this config it won't.

(the phone won't use VoLTE on unknown networks)

But perhaps someone knows a 'hack' via 'setprop' -- so wait a little if someone else may correct me ;)

Hmm sad but true, on the box Nokia advertises VoLTE support when in reality its not working.
I will return it today :-(
