Titan 0.5.4 Released

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We're pleased to announce the release of Titan 0.5.4.

This is mostly a bugfix release. It also includes property read
optimization.

The 0.5.4 release is compatible with earlier releases in the 0.5
series. There are no user-facing API changes and no storage changes
between 0.5.3 and this release. For upgrades from 0.5.2 and earlier,
