We are recruiting for a client in Norcross who is in need of a Full Stack PHP Developer. 

Full Stack Developer with PHP - Full Time

Onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA  (temporarily remote, but will resume being onsite )

Salary: $75-85K for 3+ years PHP experience. 

For those with client facing experience or that have run their own business, up to $90-100K if you are able to be a consultant. 

 

Highly Desired:

Agency experience and/or Freelance experience - understanding of fast pace of work moving from project to project quickly

 

 

Full Description

What you’ll do as our Full Stack Web Developer with PHP

Develop original code and/or make enhancements to existing code based on documented requirements and design specifications in languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and/or Node.js.

• You’ll build and maintain websites, web-applications, and mobile apps.
• You’ll do the majority of your work in HTML, CSS, Javascript (Vue, React, Jquery), and PhoneGap/Cordova. A little PHP and a little MySQL will be needed.
• We have clients in many industries so you’ll get to work on many different applications and codebases.
• You’ll have to do problem solving, probably learn some new languages and coding styles, and get to work with our team of awesome developers.

 

Requirements

Ability to code Advanced CSS, PHP, and JavaScript required
Excellent front-end skills, including HTML and the use of CSS preprocessors and modern principles of JavaScript development
3+ years of experience developing databases using MySQL and/or other SQL databases
3+ years experience in object-oriented PHP design and development
Experience in Full-Stack (LAMP) development (back-end, front-end and some server management)
Experience working with AWS and Linux environments
Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with git
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment
Must be up-to-date and always learning about the latest technical standards and best practices in interactive design and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player that also can work independently, escalating issues when appropriate

Nice to haves:
Experience in Node.js application development
Experience with Vue.js or other front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Experience developing native/hybrid mobile applications, including phonegap/ionic
Project management or consulting experience
Education

Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science or Engineering/related field; or equivalent work experience
