Thompson Technologies is seeking 2 PHP Engineers (One Mid one Senior) with our client in Atlanta (near Peachtree Industrial and 285).  This is a direct hire / permanent position with an extraordinary company where you will use your back-end PHP development experience to design and build new systems as well as support legacy systems.

What you will do:

• Support design and development efforts of new PHP based system.
• Hep maintain and debug legacy systems.
• Technologies and methodologies which you will use:
  • MVC, SOA, OOP, PHP, CakePHP, Laravel
  • Unit Testing (extremely important !!!)

What we need:

• 3+ years’ experience writing OOP code (PHP)
• Experience with unit testing
• Experience working with some of these technologies: PHP, CakePHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, REST, JSON, UML for data, architecture, class design, SOA, Microservices.
