Seeking programmer with expertise in PHP, MySeql, and .NET

Hello, I am the co-owner of the children's consignment sale All 4 Kids here in Atlanta, GA. Our programmer of 10 years recently became sick and is no longer able to continue working, so we are seeking someone to fill his position. 

WHAT:

We run seasonal consignment sales that operate twice a year (Spring and Fall). Prior to our season we always have items that we need to add to our website and stand alone POS system. This typically runs 10-40 hours. We would also need someone on call during our events in case of data corruption or problems that may bring our event to a halt (an emergency has only happened twice in the past 10 years). We may need to rewrite our entire program, in which case this position would turn into a larger project over 2016. 

WHEN:

The event season begins the last week of February and first three weeks of March, and the last week July and the first three weeks of August every year. We would need support a few weeks prior to the start of each season.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient knowledge in PHP, MySQL, .NET, mobile app, voice entry.

IMPACT AND INFLUENCE:

Depending on the assessment of our stand alone program, we may need to fully rewrite the entire system. We have been in business for over 20 years and are looking to maintain the cutting edge of the market. We are seeking a long term partnership with someone who could adapt to changing technology and market needs.
