Hello everyone! 

I am a recruiter out of Ohio looking to fill a position for one of our clients that we partner closely with. It's a large manufacturing company in Duluth, GA, looking for an experienced PHP Web Developer that can work with in a fast-paced atmosphere. Specifically they are looking for someone with significant experience in the Zend Framework and has some Drupal experience. I have attached the job description below for you to look over. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Web Developer is responsible for the design, layout and coding for the company's website and web applications.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Develop complex web applications both internal and external
  
• Maintain, enhance and deploy existing applications
  
• Primary contributor to the design and development of new projects.  Identify opportunities for application scalability, sustainability and improvement
  
• Work with vendors and staff during various stages of development process
  
• Conduct application software testing, prototype review, and quality assurance for stage and production release; and post-release monitoring and follow-up
  
• Document functionality and develop training material for complex web applications
  
• Provide training, mentoring and guidance on development techniques and best practices
  
• Maintain, support and troubleshoot Web applications hosted on a software-as-a-service platform
  
• Evaluate customer or internally-driven functionality change requests for technical feasibility and level of effort
  
• Prepare database schema for review and deployment by Applications team
  
• Provide project support and maintain communications within project team
  
• Maintain existing code base by troubleshooting and adding new features
  
• Familiar with version control, preferably GIT 
  
• MVC experience preferably Zend Framework 2
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree strongly preferred or related experience required
  
• Working knowledge of the following systems preferred:
  

1. PHP
2. Zend Framework 2
3. HTML 5
4. SQL
5. Java Script
6. CSS
7. Drupal
8. Linux

• Understanding of relational databases, web browsers and smart phones
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as customer service skills
  
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail 
  
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and contribute new ideas
