Optomi, in partnership with a privately held, retail financial services company in the subprime lending business, is searching for a Senior PHP Developer to join their growing team. They have several applications they have developed and now maintain, enhance and support. One side of the house builds enterprise applications with Java/J2EE technologies and the other side of the house develops web applications with PHP (LAMP), CSS, JavaScript, Git, etc. Please check out the details below. Sr. PHP Programmer

 

Location: North Sandy Springs

Duration: Contract to Hire – 6 months

Compensation: Competitive (hourly then salary conversion)

 

Description:

- Immediate opening for an energetic and driven Sr. PHP Programmer in Sandy Springs. We require a developer with skills to write well-documented PHP code and be comfortable interfacing with clients on design requirements. This individual will work on the development of applications built on the Linux OS using PHP & MySQL. 

- Knowledge and work experience in web application development is required for this position. The core requirements include solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL query experience, LINUX scripting experience and the ability to operate comfortably in a Linux environment.

Ideal candidate has the following:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a LAMP Stack environment (LINX, Apache,

- MySQL, PHP)

- Must have: PHP5, HTML5, CSS, CRM, JavaScript, jQuery, LAMP Stack, MySQL, bash,  Collaborative environment, Version control software (SVN,GIT), unit testing, solid documentation skills, CRM, SugarCRM

 

Nice to have:

- Financial services industry experience (HIPPA, PCI)
