PHP Software vendors - experienced with Early Stage/Start-up companies

Looking for recommendations from Software vendors, well versed with PHP development and delivery. Must have experience working with Early Stage/ Startups companies who can take the solution end-to-end. Need help with building a peer-to-peer marketplace. MVP was built, now need help to build the next version. Requirements, Use case and similar will be provided. Ideal will be companies who knows the start-up world of navigating and narrowing solutions/problem solving creatively will be high. 

Prefer full-end software companies, local to Atlanta. 

Alternatively if you are a strong team who can deliver is also fine - Need a good UX/UI person and a one strong full-stack developer - PHP/MySQL, Code Igniter - framework, API implementations, payment gateways, AWS/Azure. Practices of process and follow practices of project management, agile delivery (required).
