WordPress/PHP Developer - Direct Hire - Roswell, GA

Thompson Technologies is seeking lead back-end WordPress / PHP developer located in Roswell, GA for a direct hire opportunity. For this role, you will develop custom, often complex, WordPress-based solutions along with general PHP framework-based solutions. You will act as the sole developer for this small organization, and they are looking for a top-tier talent capable of multitasking, and also being able to handle API/Integration with and of technologies like Pardot and SalesForce.com. This person must be able to code custom WordPress plugins as well as handle installation, configuration and updating of multiple sites. You will be expected to fully deploy the WordPress framework, as well as to install and configure needed plug-ins, templates, databases, .CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and PHP components.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field or comparable experience in the web development required.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Advanced to Expert knowledge of WordPress and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) a plus.
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com and Pardot API’s and lead scoring is highly desired. Ideally you will be able to integrate forms and tracking codes as needed from Pardot/SalesForce into our web properties, as well as sites which we develop for our clients.
