I know we have some members working with Drupal, so you might want to keep an eye on the upcoming DrupalCamp schedule and submit a talk as well. Their CfP closes September 19th.

Unfortunately, this event overlaps with http://connect.tech here in Atlanta, so if you lean more towards JavaScript (and non-Drupal PHP, we put together a great track of talks!), definitely take a look at the schedule.
