Hi there,

I'm an Independent Digital Recruiter here in ATL and work mainly with small/medium digital agencies, software firms, startups, etc. I wanted to let you all know about a really cool digital agency in downtown ATL that's growing and looking for two Sr full stack LAMP Developers, either on contract or direct perm hire. These Developers will work on an innovative on-demand gaming system. Let me know if you are open to a confidential chat about the next step in your career, or if you know anyone else you'd recommend for this.

Their focus is Digital Design/Build, Internet Marketing/Demand Generation, and Strategy/Analytics, and their clients are across the entertainment industry (Adult Swim, Turner, Turner Sports, startups, etc) as well as some B2B/B2C clients (Cox, Scoutmob, Dell, Coke, etc), so the work is pretty engaging across Web, Mobile, some video, and even possibly an in-house product. There are diverse projects you'd be involved with, doing a wide range of things, but mainly on this particular client's gaming system. They need someone ambitious and willing to take things on and grow with them. They are a 3 year old agency that outgrew their last space and recently moved into a great new space in Inman Park right on the ATL Beltline. There's lots of upward mobility, and some new exciting clients.

They need Sr level Developers that have good Agile methodology experience and some hard-core experience across the full LAMP stack, ideally in a large enterprise environment (load balanced, multiple servers, etc). OpenERP and Python are preferred, but not absolutely required. OpenERP is their interface with a lot of APIs connecting to multiple gaming systems, and is a central point for billing, transactions, etc. Any agency experience would be great as this role would be client facing, with some time onsite at the client in the Perimeter area. They need a solid Technologist that can manage things and problem solve.

Let me know if you are free to chat about this, or if you know anyone else you'd recommend.

Thanks!
Doug Spears
