Elatix 2.4 通話問題及來電顯示

公司最近買了一台Elastix，裡面安裝2.4版本，
是使用OPVXA24XX/24 "OpenVox A810 Board 25 ，有八條電話線路，均為FXO。
撥入、撥出、IVR、語音信箱、Follow Me 等也都設定完成，
使用了兩個星期後發現，
1. 通話時，會覺得聲音有回音，且常常撥出後，對方電話響了12秒就會直接掛斷，
    但內建設定掛斷的時間是300秒，請問這可以去哪裡做調整呢？
2. 當有電話撥入，剛使用1.2天的時候都有正常顯示來電號碼，到了第四第五天時，
所有來電號碼都變成Unkown，請問有辦法解決嗎？

Echo 與 CID 兩個問題最常見在 PSTN 電話卡上，一般都是調整

/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf

/etc/asterisk/phone.conf

由於這是單純硬體的問題，建議直接詢問製造商比較有效。
