Update: no January BAC meeting; Fun February BAC Meeting 2/3

Hi all,

Apologies for the craziness in scheduling the January BAC meeting.  It turns out scheduling will not work out, but we will have staff on hand to discuss Crystal Drive, bike-transit overlap and hopefully the repaving plan.  We may run a bit over, but I'm trying to get materials ahead of time to streamline things.

Also, disappointingly, Parks is unwilling to come in to discuss the bridges that were destroyed in the July 8, 2020 storm at this time.  There's no public information about what's going on with those bridges, and the only answer I've gotten is a link to the CIP process.  Hopefully, we'll get more of an update.  I know at least one bridge (the one connecting the FMR Trail to the Glencarlyn dog park) has been a really big burden for people walking and biking from those neighborhoods along Carlin Springs, especially Glen Carlyn, Forest Glen and Arlington Mill.  If you have experience with other bridges, whose absence have had a significant impact, please let me know.
